This course can also be taken tuition-free by registering for NMAT 250.;This is an Intermediate Algebra course for students interested in fields of study that require Statistics or Liberal Arts Mathematics . Intermediate algebra concepts will be explored in the context of the function. Function concepts covered include: distinction between functions and relations, domain and range, function notation, multiple representation of functions, behavior of functions, operations with functions , one-to-one functions, and invertible functions. Ensure that you understand what is taught in class. If you dont understand, ask questions and later go over it repeatedly until you know.
